Switching from Fresha

  1. Save your client list and upcoming appointments from Fresha before you change anything.
  2. Create a free Calendefy account and add your services with prices, lengths, deposits and fee rules.
  3. Add your staff and their hours.
  4. Add clients by hand. There's no CSV import yet, so start with clients who have upcoming bookings.
  5. Re-create upcoming appointments on the Calendefy calendar.
  6. To take deposits or card payments, upgrade to Pro or Annual and connect your Stripe account. Set up email reminders.
  7. Share your new booking link. Keep Fresha until your existing bookings are done, then cancel under their terms.
